Dear Peggy Kovensky,

What a piece of art! I wanted to write you this letter to thank you for doing such amazing work with my sister's wedding cake. I especially appreciate the extra touches you added to make the cake even more beautiful than I had planned for it to be in my sketch. The bouquet of tulips, in particular, was breathtaking. Although I knew that you had crafted the flowers yourself, I almost could not believe that they weren't real. They were stunning.

The bride and groom, my family, the wedding guests, and the caterer have all commented on the cake, saying not only how beautiful it was to behold but also how delicious it was under the frosting. The hazelnut, as you remember, was my favorite and I was lucky to get a piece myself after the wedding. It was just as rich as I remembered from the initial consultation.

Hi Peggy,

We just wanted to send a quick thank-you for making my amazing cake! It was just perfect. Everyone loved it. They couldn't believe the acorns were edible. One of our guests gave us Tupperware as a gift and we filled a container with cake to eat on our honeymoon!!

The In-and-Out Burger groom's cake was amazing! That cake blew the crowd away - definitely a highlight of the evening. The California natives could not believe the whole thing was made of cake and fondant!

When we first met with you, we really didn't know exactly what we wanted and didn't give you any clear guidelines at all, but you instinctively knew what would work and for that we are so grateful. It worked perfectly with our color scheme and simple design.
