Our sugar flowers are made out of gum paste or flower paste that consist of confectioners' sugar, glucose and edible gums. Special cutters and techniques are used to create different sugar flowers. Once they are completely dry, they are then dusted with edible food coloring to bring life and realism to the flower petals and leaves. We hand make all of our sugar flowers.
